A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager to join a leading arabian fragrance retailer.


The Retail Manager will be responsible for the running of the stores to meet the company's targets. The aim is to maximise profits while minimising cost by ensuring that promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards, staff are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met. The Retail Manager will be required oversee and manage the operations of the Sales and Store Manager.



Responsibilities:

- Managing and motivating the sales and promotion team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Analyse sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.
- Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
- Dealing with staffing, conducting appraisals and performing reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Organising special promotions, displays and events






You will have at least 6-7 years of experience working within a similar position.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary plus commission which will equate to 45,000. Candidates are required too send their portfolio of distributors, perfumers when applying.
