Must be 18 + to work nights and be involved in personal care. Applicants must have NVQ level 6 or equivalent. Duties include:
* Day to day management: Determine Staffing, Financial, material and other short and long term requirements with planning work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities of staff
* Arrange for payment of bills, keeps accounts and adhere to health, safety and other statuary requirements, negotiate contracts with providers and purchasers of health care services
* Maintain contact between residents and the local community and/or family and friends
* Ensures that residents have access to health and social care services as required
* Ensure that the physical comfort and all material needs of residents are provided and attempts resolve problems that may arise
* monitor and report upon the effectiveness of services with a view to improving the efficiency of health care provision
