We are seeking to recruit to the following roles based in our day services in Harborne, Birmingham:
Senior Support Worker
15,552
35 hours per week, permanent
You will be responsible for providing daily ongoing supervision to Support Workers under the direction of a team leader, and supporting them to provide service care to the highest standard.
You will take an active role in supporting and directing staff in the development and implementation of care activities.
