Leading Financial services company seeking a Global Internet Manager to join our online team. Part of the companies Corporate Affairs, They develop and support the overall online strategy and guidelines for both Internet and Intranet.

In this role you will work closely with business website owners in all of our worldwide operations, and with the IS services functions who provide development and operational services for our common Internet platforms.

Drawing on external benchmarks and research, and working with the company Internet practitioner community and Global Marketing, you will lead the development of Internet standards and guidelines and encourage and audit their adoption throughout the company. You will contribute to the development of the overall Internet strategy, the website architecture and the systems architecture that supports it.

Working with my client you will ensure Internet development and support services meet business requirements and appropriate training materials and services are available. You will also manage any Internet development projects that are commissioned centrally.

You will need Internet and communications experience gained in one or more multinational organizations, have a good understanding of commercial business activities and enjoy working in a results- oriented, innovative, collaborative environment.

Requirements

5 years in Internet systems preferably in more than one organization
3 years in information and knowledge management
3 years in external communications
3 years in project and change implementation
3 years in new product, service or function introduction
5 years work experience in global Matrix organizations preferably in both central and local roles
Strong interpersonal, communications and influencing skills
Conceptual thinking Analysis and problem solving ability
Project planning and change management knowledge
Ability to understand technology developments and identify business applications for them
Excellent delivery capabilities in situations of complexity, pressure and resistance
Fluent in English as a working language
