Responsibilities for the Role:

We are looking for a strong ITIL Service Delivery manager that can look after our clients interests as the main System Integrator on a global account based in Amsterdam, Netherlands that relays on a number of third party relationships.

We need a dedicated individual who can engage with a strong but professional approach and have energy and dedication to maintain optimum levels of supplier services!

You will have solid experience of 3rd party vendor management - ITIL services companies and partners, Multiple Supplier relationship management service levels management, contract management - to protect SI ( penalty clauses and service level agreements) etc
