This company are seeking an experience electrical supervisor who can get the operation back on track. This role is challenge, there is a lot of hard work ahead but the team here are focused and are success driven. We need some one who can hit the ground running, does not mind working in tough conditions and is keen to get stuck in and make a difference here. This position will initially run a 2/1 roster however as the operation grows it will move to 9/5 within an alloted time scale

The main aim is to get the plant up and running, reporting to the maintenance manager your duties will include:

* Overseeing and managing a small team of electricians

* Ensuring electrical statutory requirements and compliance

* Fault finding, repair and maintenance of electrical control systems

* Ensuring breakdown coverage is available

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

* Relevant trade or degree qualification

* WA High Voltage Switching License

* Competency in safe working practices

* Good team based skills in providing motivation and achieving organisational goals

* A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a team environment

* Good written and verbal communication skills
