The successful candidate will provide both the Commercial support and Guest Experience support for Warner Leisure Hotels.</p><p><strong>Commercial &amp; Qualified Intermediary (QI) Officer - The Role</strong></p><p><u>Commercial Support:</u></p><p>- Develop understanding of our reservation system and its pricing, and increase awareness of Offer implementation - with a specific focus on the internet</p><p>- Promote better understanding of Grids and Reports, in order to develop a more efficient process</p><p>- Deliver pricing grids and other tools to Sales &amp; Marketing, and support Offer implementation</p><p>- Implement a flexible approach to pricing. i.e. discount and offer strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved</p><p>- Support Channel Leaders with on-going analysis, insight and reports</p><p>- Support the indirect sales team with sales flows, analysis, pricing and option reviews</p><p><u>Guest Experience Support:</u></p><p>- Develop efficiencies and systems, and implement processes to support our QI strategy</p><p>- Manage the process of Guest Relations</p><p>- Project Manage the Prime Complaint System with responsibility for development and training</p><p>- Working with external agencies, as required, to implement our QI email system</p><p>- Interpret and analyse guest experience information</p><p>- Work with the customer database team to bring organise guest experience data.</p><p><u>Commercial &amp; Qualified Intermediary (QI) Officer - You</u></p><p>- Excellent communication skills.</p><p>- Preferably an I.T. or Maths Graduate (must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills).</p><p>- Experience of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
