KM4619 Credit Control Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Position: Permanent
Location: North Kent

An experienced Credit Control Manager is required by this rapidly expanding electrical wholesaler to take responsibility for managing a Credit Control team to ensure the effective smooth running of the Credit function.

The successful Credit Control Manager will be an experienced credit controller with excellent account management and communication skills. With a proven ability to manage a team as well as provide a hands on approach, you will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will possess a dynamic personality with the drive and commitment to succeed as an individual and as a team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Anticipate developments and identify accounts that require special attention
*Make adjustments, handle queries and resolves problems
*Manage complex reconciliations, and compile documentation for legal action
*Maintain accurate measurement and performance statistics
*Obtain sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
*Produce accurate and detailed reports for management purposes

Key Requirements:
*A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Credit Control function
*Proven experience of managing people
*Highly analytical and logical
*Competent in IT packages including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*A dynamic and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
*Commitment to succeed
