My client is a prestigious and highly regarded regional law firm which offers City-quality expertise across a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and high net worth individuals.

Real Estate lies at the core of this firm's operations and this is reflected by the quality of their offering. They are recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading practice in the South East, drawing instructions from major clients in the Thames Valley, home counties, London and nationwide. The firm is now committed to appointing an additional Commercial Property partner to bolster their offering and act as a number two to the head of department, providing hands on assistance with the management and marketing of the practice. You will play a key role in driving the practice forwards and helping to expand this strategically vital practice area.

Whilst the firm envisages that the incoming partner will be able to demonstrate a transferable client base to provide a strong foundation for a profitable practice, they are flexible and realistic in their expectations. It is equally important that the successful candidate be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement within a business development context.

This role would suit either a well established partner looking for a stronger platform from which to grow their practice or an up and coming lawyer looking to take the next step in their career. In either case my client can offer a generous and competitive remuneration package.
