Based in the heart of the City this International, renowned law firm are looking for an Information Assistant to join their busy and dynamic team on permanent basis.
The Information Assistant/Library Assistant position is made up of a number of different duties but the main ones go as follows:
*Inputting vital information
*Categorising
*Searching for relevant information
*Maintaining and updating the database to agreed standards
*Scanning important documentation
*Indexing
These duties above need to be carried out to a high standard as the 250 staff will need quick and easy access to this so the successful candidate must have an exceptional eye for detail and good accuracy whilst still maintaining an efficient service. To be considered for this role you will need previous law firm or professional services experience with wealth of Library or Information Assistant experience.
Hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm with some flexibility required on an off occasion. Great benefits and great firm!!!
