This is an excellent opportunity to join a small in house legal team. The post will assist in advising on corporate and commercial matters involving funds, transactions, company commercial, trusts and associated tax matters. Successful applicants will have previous experience advising upon such matters as well as reviewing transactional documentation, amending, reviewing and drafting relevant material in association to client matters. Clients` include corporate, international and global businesses such as investment firms, corporate pension funds and high net worth individuals. Strong tax and trusts experience essential.
Salary Circa 65K. 2-4 years experience.
