Overview
An experienced Tenant Liaison Officer is required for a 12 months temporary post based in the South Tyneside area. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the modernisation process for customers & clients.

As the Tenant Liaison Officer the postholder will be required to assist in the production and administration of information to residents, attend consultation meetings for residents and make recommendations based on customer feedback, carry out referendum surveys and compile all required information and assist in the assessment of residents special needs and liase with client representatives.
In addition to this you will be responsible for liasing with the contractor and client staff and other agencies to ensure the smooth running of the programmes, daily visits to residents during the course of the development work and to ensure contract documentation is maintained. Other responsibilities will include ensuring customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively, assist in monitoring the Customer's Diary and associated tenant's feedback and assist in the administration of compensation claims.

Experience
You must have experience of working as a Tenant Liaison Officer.
