Geography to A level Teacher required in Essex

An outstanding secondary school set in lovely grounds with academic focussed students is looking for an enthusiastic geography teacher for September 2012.

This is a permanent position for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be teaching KS3 up to A Level, teaching the IB curriculum. Pupils have varying levels of ability and the school has excellent facilities and procedures in place to ensure every child maximises their potential.

The school is in a rural area with a large outdoor area. There will be the opportunity to be involved in extracurricular activities and school excursions.

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Qualified to teach Geography
- Familiar with teaching the UK Curriculum
- Valid references, CRB/police checks

- Outstanding teaching and interpersonal skills
- Positive and creative approach to teaching
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff and parents
