An opportunity has come live for a senior User Researcher to join an already well established and highly talented UX team with a world known market leader in their division. The user research team has grown extensively over the years, the customer experience is central to this clients activities.
Senior researcher will be getting a solid understanding of how customers interact with the clients product offering through the channels of user research.
An opportunity to pass on your senior user research to other members in the team, stillbe very hands on in conducting user research and provide recommendations and present findings to all levels of stakeholders. You'll be in the know of how a heavily competitive market is behaving.
Ideal candidate with have 5 years plus of industry knowledge and experience and a strong background in facilitating user research. Being a senior researcher you will be expected to have top drawer presentation and communication skills along with some cross platform exp.
