We have two positions to join us as Sales Managers - one to be based Bath/Bristol area and the other London/Leeds. We are looking for two energetic and highly committed sales managers to support and in many cases lead our sales campaign for our welcome centre and other commercial initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the health sales market with the support of a knowledgeable and experienced team but full commitment and dedication will be required. This fantastic opportunity is reflected in a highly competitive remuneration package made up of an excellent basic salary plus very generous commission based payments. This structure offers up real possibilities for high earnings related to success. The Sales Manager(s) will take responsibility for the sales of specific welcome centres and other commercial opportunities that are currently highlighted in the health West and East pipeline. We currently have over 40 Welcome Centres in the pipeline and although some of these are being developed, a firm focus is now required to conclude the deal on the majority of the pipeline opportunities. With proven business development attributes and experience of really achieving sales targets campaigns, the Sales manager(s) will need to hold skills required to develop CS Health' growth plans through :The immediate and primary role in achieving sales targets for a number of Welcome centres. Actively participating in collecting market intelligence across the market and provide feedback to CS Health Team in the development of the marketing strategy.
Working with the Operational staff to manage resources to ensure profitable business and sustainable client relationships are achieved.

In year sales targets for 2012 of concluding formal agreements for four Developer led Welcome Centres.
Essential
Qualifications
Corporate Membership of a relevant professional institution
Accredited Estate Management degree
Over 5 years post qualification experience of sales and business development
Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets
Demonstrable track record in concluding formal agreements
Working to and achieving sales and business development targets
Successful delivery of sales campaigns
Current driving license
Prepared to travel and work out of hours as and when work demands
Prepared to work away from home occasionally when required.
Desirable
Experienced in working on NHS property portfolios or experience within NHS/Health sales
