This role will be based in Manchester city centre initially, but will be moving to Cheadle. Candidates must be able to travel to both locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at board level, providing a Director's PA with all aspects of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming calls and correspondence
Diary management using Outlook
Booking of meeting rooms and organising refreshments
Assisting with email management
Assisting with the preparation of outgoing correspondence
Printing, scanning, photocopying duties
Assisting with reporting
Updating the contacts database
Assisting with travel arrangements
Ordering files from Archive
Assisting with purchase orders and invoices
Processing of daily newspapers
Assisting with internal administration such as holiday records and write-off forms
Providing holiday cover for the PA
Assisting with internal and external events
Ad hoc duties as and when requested
Required skills and experience:
GCSE Maths and English
Twelve months experience in an administration role
IT literacy - Word, Excel, email, Internet - PowerPoint would be advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Genuine understanding of the need for confidentiality
