Part Time Night Team Social Alarm Operator (Customer Service, Call Centre) BLUP4353

Our client is a 24 hour social alarm receiving centre which provides a telephone helpline service to answer difficult needs of a diverse range of clients. They are driven by the need to ensure a high quality service to their clients and their fully trained, dedicated staff will go the extra mile to ensure that they achieve this goal.
They now have an opportunity available for a Part Time Night Team Social Alarm Operator at their Call Centre in Poynton, Stockport.
The main purpose of this role is to process calls generated on their Social Alarm Monitoring System, taking appropriate action and ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Additional duties will also require supporting the repairs and data entry teams as and when required.
Full training is provided but candidates should possess the necessary IT skills to operate within Microsoft windows based applications. Good communication skills and a calm methodical approach is also essential.
All shifts are 22:00 - 06:00 and include some weekend work. They are looking for someone to work 2 shifts per week (shift pattern available on request). You must be willing to be flexible and be prepared to work unsociable hours.

The successful candidate will be subject to clearance from the Criminal Records Disclosure Bureau.
