Arabic Speaking Oil & Gas Welding/Testing Inspector is required to join our Clients Oil & Gas Projects team in the Iraq (120km from Bagdad).

Our Clients work is primarily air quality management; assessing air quality impacts on human health, public amenity and sensitive ecological systems from a variety of emission sources.

They work on UK and international projects in the power, transport, water, waste and buildings sectors.

The prospective candidate must have the following industry knowledge and experience;

* Visually verifying that the incoming materials have met the requirements for welding works, such as quality and dimensional tolerance levels, witnessing qualifying tests for welders as required.
* Taking part as an internal independent party to conduct inspection of such nature.
* Conduction inspection and tests on fixtures, structures and other installation works, in line with the ASME and ANSI codes at work-sites.
* Preparing and compiling quality, inspection and non-conforming reports throughout project, and follow up on necessary corrective actions.
* Monitoring the performance of welders, while implementing and monitoring proper storage and usage procedures for welding tools and equipment.
* Checking of NDT and other test reports, viewing and interpretation of radiography films, etc.

Requirements:

* 2 - 5 years relevant experience.
* NDE 2nd level certificate, 3rd level welding specialist certificate.
* Arabic speaker
