FRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for a senior contracts administrator based in Luton for a leading building services provider. Suitable candidates will have previous contract admin and finance experience within the building services and FM arena.
Duties and responsibilities will include writing reports, ensuring timesheets are competed, recording holiday and sickness, attending meetings, ensuring SLA and KPI are achieved, raising invoices and PO numbers, managing admin staff, over seeing the helpdesk team, staff, liaising with clients and general office administration. Candidates will confident, well presented with a stable working history and have experience using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
You will have a managed a team of people previously and have strong people skills. The successful candidate will have strong financial skills and an AAT or studying towards one would be beneficial.
