Due to continued growth of the business, a reputable asbestos company that is UKAS accredited and provides asbestos management services to a wide portfolio of clients is currently seeking for an Asbestos Quality/Technical Manager to work for them in the South East.
They are looking for a self-motivated professional with at least three years' experience working within this role for a UKAS accredited surveying company and within the asbestos industry. The candidate must also hold the BOHS S301 certificate -minimum.
The main role will entail working closely and managing their asbestos division.
The main responsibilities for the post-holder would be:
Submitting tenders.
Maintaining their accreditation system.
Getting involved with the quality checks and approving the survey reports as and when required.
Liaising with the company's wide and prestigious portfolio of clients and building good relationships.
Managing the staff - developing/training.
Getting involved with the audit systems - technical.
In general, you will have excellent communication/organizational/people management skills and be well-versed with technical/surveying/management issues.
