Our Property Litigation team is growing. Working as part of a national team of over one hundred real estate lawyers, the team gives high quality advice to an enviable list of FTSE 250 clients. Our three Property Litigation Partners are all Chambers rated and the team's success in winning and retaining clients through their excellent service delivery is part of the reason we have won Legal Week's Best Legal Advisor two years running.

Our team gives advice on all contentious issues relating to the acquisition, ownership, management and disposal of commercial property for both landlord and tenant clients, and also advises on a range of high profile matters, including disputes reaching the Supreme Court.

To further support our talented team we are looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor to join either the Bristol or Southampton teams. we would also consider applications from candidates with additional experience.

The role will involve all aspects of Property Litigation, ranging from support work on substantial disputes to running individual files on property management work such as lease renewals and possession claims. Working with a close-knit team, the successful candidate will be supported by a collegiate approach, a firm wide commitment to lawyer development, and mentoring and supervision by talented leaders in their field. The successful candidate will have experienced a seat in Property Litigation during their training contract at a large regional or city firm. Good drafting skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a commitment to this area of law will be essential. Strong litigation skills, a commercial pragmatic outlook and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both client and colleagues will also be vital.
