Credit Hire Fraud Solicitor

This role involves working within an existing team of fraud and credit hire specialists. You will run a caseload of pre and post litigated cases on behalf of a cross section of insurance clients.

The role requires a forensic and analytical approach to dealing with evidence and attention to detail combined with a sound knowledge of credit hire. A good knowledge and experience of working with the Civil Procedure Rules is essential.

Applications are welcome from solicitors with litigated credit hire and/or fraud experience. Both claimant and defendant specialists will be considered so long as they have handled their own caseload or have assisted on a caseload and can demonstrate the ability to move onto handling their own work.

This is definitely going to be a growing sector and the next phase of development in combating fraudulent claims. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with good litigated credit hire experience looking to diversify into another area of litigation.
