An established Legal 100 firm in Nottingham are looking for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.
Our client is looking for a Solicitor of approximately 3-6 PQE to carry out a full range of Commercial Real Estate litigation work with a bias towards Commercial Landlord and Tenant issues in the retail and leisure sector. It is essential that the ideal candidate has a vast amount of experience in commercial litigation, primarily business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlord's consent, dilapidation claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, tenant default and tenant insolvency. Previous business development experience would be highly advantageous.
