At A Glance
To provide administrative support within the After Travel Customer Support Department. The successful candidates will be working within a team of nine Administration Assistants to meet set turnaround times for various administration tasks. The team will administer incoming and outgoing correspondence, investigation evidence, and customer compensation payments and will support the rest of the After Travel Customer Support Department in relation to these
What You'll Be Doing
* Opening post incoming to After Travel Customer Support
* Identifying correspondence to determine which area is responsible for the response
* Scanning correspondence on to the complaint handling system
* Filing correspondence and media
* Attaching documents and emails to customer folders in the complaint handling system
* Logging case details and payment information
* Producing letters and payments to customers using pre-written letter templates
* Initiating batch payments to the Finance system
* Consolidating payment totals
* Inputting cheque and voucher details into the system
* Matching payments to letters to post to customers
* Using enveloping machine to envelope one page letters
* Manually enveloping letters and payments
What We're Looking For
* Experience of administrative work within a busy environment
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications
* Good numerical and grammatical skills
* Well organised and methodical
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to work to tight deadlines

* After Travel Business Support Team
Additional relevant information
* Standard hours will be 09.00-17.30, Mon - Fri, but team members will work on an annualised hours contract
* Team members will work to a rota on various tasks week to week
