A renowned Legal 100 firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team in on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a Commercial/ IT Solicitor of 1-5 PQE. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a caseload comprising of drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including complex IP and IT agreements, advising on outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts and complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and ambitious, in addition to this previous data protection and privacy regulation experience would be highly advantageous.
