Purpose of role:

To add value through the proactive management and delivery of maintenance services to our clients through PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), reactive repairs to defects and new works.

Key objectives of the role:

- Ensuring the effective and proactive delivery of service.
- Ensuring the maintenance and delivery of any documentation required to the agreed standard and timescale.
- To be responsible for reporting any outstanding defects to their line manager
- To work as an integral team member to provided a professional customer service.
-To attend training courses as required, some of which may be residential and pass on skills and knowledge to others

Additional Information:

Some level of overtime required for project work and out of hours planned and reactive jobs
Required to be on a call out rota
