An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a junior commercial property lawyer to join one of London's leading west end firms.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer to join a successful property team. You will have the opportunity to get stuck in on a range of work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, funding, secured lending, investment, and joint ventures.
The successful candidate should have at least 1 year post qualification experience experience with a highly regarded property department .
The ideal candidate will have strong academics and willingness and ability to contribute positively to the team. You will also have outstanding drafting and analytical skills as well as commercial common-sense.
