Overview
My client is after a Technical Support Technician to support customers with support on installation, programming and fault finding of their products.

Company
My client designs and manufactures audio and video security entry systems, door entry intercoms and access control systems.

Role
To provide full technical support to our customers.
Check customer's orders that the products specified are correct and will work as a system.
To inform the customer or the relevant personnel over concerns on customers orders.
Produce wiring diagrams and technical documents to accompany customer orders.
Support other departments within the company on technical and quality issues.
Ensure all drawings and technical documents are produced to company standards as per the Quality System.
Ensure all technical records are maintained.
To constantly seek and implement a continuous improvement philosophy in all areas of responsibility, to train and develop others in this philosophy where appropriate.
To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and others involved in their working area.
To help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified.
To carry out all training and development requests where appropriate.
Assist the companies R&D department in the development of new products.
Carry out any other duties as and when required by the company.

Experience
Electronics Background.
Good communication skills.
Computer Literate, with typing skills.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Fault Finding Experience.
Experience of operating in an ISO9001 environment.
Driving Licence

Remuneration
