Customer Service Advisor

British Gas is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for our Leeds call centre, where we provide the high standard of care that British Gas customers expect. * Customer Service jobs available various flexible shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take incoming calls and deal with customer queries that range from bills and payments to more challenging issues.

Using your communication, listening and keyboard skills, you can provide a tailored service, and build relationships with your customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. We are looking for confident people who through excellent customer service can promote our products and services to match our customer needs.
