As a Principality Senior Customer Consultant, you're at the heart of our business. We're committed to our branch network which extends right across Wales, getting closer to our communities so that our customers can conduct their finances on their doorstep. You'll offer a friendly face to customers who visit our branches, building relationships in order to better understand their requirements and to offer them products that are tailored to their needs. Some outbound calling experience would also be an advantage.
By providing excellent customer service you'll achieve personal sales targets, generating quality leads whilst consistently adhering to the Society's standard service and sales processes. Where appropriate, you will act upon quality sales leads through telephone and/or face to face contact with both existing and potential customers, offering them savings, insurance and protection products. You'll demonstrate that you're living our brand values through all aspects of your work. You'll take responsibility for your own self-development by regularly reading available information in order to deal competently with all internal and external regulatory, operational, compliance and credit systems.
