The Role
This is a broad and challenging role, comprising of driving the success of specific ROV sales activities through strategic market expansion, new business development and developing a more customer responsive business model. You will be establishing new accounts, establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base as well as developing a sales team and wider product base. The key objective of the role is to drive the ROV product sales and accounts in line with an ambitious yet rewarding vision for growth.
The Person
The essential ingredients for the successful person include a genuine enthusiasm and passion for ROV oil and gas sales, as well as excellent commercial customer handling and communication skills. A background in ROV oil and gas sales is essential, as well as a track record in new business development or strategic account management. This includes backgrounds with remote intervention in either a supplier, builder or operator capacity. You need to be a team player who possesses a positive attitude and is keen to make the most of every opportunity you make for yourself. Strategic sales and vision for growth are also key facets for the role.
