Part Time Helpdesk Support Analyst - Windows 7, MS Office 2010
Service Desk Support Analyst required by a global professional services firm to join a leading, service orientated team responsible for providing remote 1st/2nd line support. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst your core skills should include MS Office 2007/2010 (Word and Outlook), Windows XP, Blackberry Devices, Active Directory, as well as having excellent customer service skills.
You will be part of a team repsonsible for providing ad hoc cover for sickness, holidays, projects etc. On average you will work anything from 1 - 3 days a week, possibly more during busy periods.
The firm have just recently rolled out a brand new MS Office 2010 and Windows 7 desktop infrastructure as well as upgraded several core, business critical applications. You will be part of a large team with a focus on problem ownership and service delivery.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skill set and gain experience with the latest technologies with a range of leading systems including Document Management, Time Recording and Billing etc.
This ideally suits someone with existing financial stability but is perhaps looking to free up time during the week to spend with family, study, other business etc.
Ideally you should have experience in a similar role working in a professional services environment (finance, accountancy, legal, consultancy etc). Experience working to ITIL principles is also highly beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading a growing, high profile firm investing heavily in continuous improvement in a long term contract!
