Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector

Basic 25K - 45K, plus commission

Education recruitment consultants are required to work for Smart Teachers in Covent Garden, London.

Smart Teachers is a reputable teacher recruitment agency located in Central London. Due to expansion, we currently have a number of outstanding opportunities for experienced and trainee education recruitment consultants. We are looking for consultants who are confident in self management, capable of developing their own business, whilst working as a team.

The successful consultant will be working at our stunning office in Covent Garden. Our friendly, flexible and fast-paced professional environment is unique to the industry, making it a sought-after business to work for.

New consultants are offered existing client networks and opportunities, and support for tremendous growth. On top of this, we also offer a generous remuneration package and excellent commission.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage existing client and candidate relationships
- A good judge of character and ability to connect teachers with schools
- Independence, organisation, efficiency, and the ability to self-manage and reach set targets
- A confident telephone manner
- A sound level of IT knowledge
- A great sense of humour and team spirit
