Executive Assistant - CEO WC2. A world class Business Assistant is needed by this dynamic in incoming CEO of a major international PLC - Strand WC2. A rare and "full on" role for someone who relishes responsibility, involvement and being able to support someone at an extremely high level. Diplomatic, calm and confident you will manage a very busy and sometimes pressurised day. A top communicator with demonstarted ability at CEO level and above with Board level acumen and advanced IT skills. Diplomatic with charm you will be a superb gate keeper and be able to liaise at the most senior level both inside and outside of the firm. Happy to carry a Blackberry and sort out problems from time to time out side of normal hours. This is an Ambassadorial role so you will be extremely well presented and spoken with polish and use to working to deadlines. A top relationship builder used to juggling with international time zones you will have a strong work ethic, be quick to learn and able to work at a pace when needed. A sense of humour and a collaborative manner of working is essential. This is a fabulous opporutnity for a top EA who would love the involvement and rewards that a role of this nature can bring.
