Bathroom Sales Designer required by prestigious bathroom showroom in Tunbridge Wells area.


We are seeking a person with design experience, both hand drawn and AutoCAD to work within a showroom environment working with clients wishing for leading edge designs.

You will be well presented, have a determination and enthusiasm to succeed and looking for an exciting career with a progressive luxury bathroom retail business where your voice is heard and where you can contribute to generating revenue for the business.

You will need to understand the logistics of bathroom design from a practical installation aspect and will be required to specify bathroom equipment and accessories including tiling and lighting.

Your remit will probably require site visits and you may have to liaise with other professionals, architects, interior designers, developers and well as installers. As a result you will be expected to become fully conversant with all aspects of bathroom equipment and associated products.

Following design presentation you will continue to progress this through to an order for which a generous commission, in addition to a basic salary, will be paid.You will be working as part of a showroom team, mostly sales orientated to achieve sales targets.

There may also be the possibility that the role may become a management role, supervising the team. This would attract an enhanced basic salary of up to circa 30K.

You will be working 5 days out of 6 to include Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week.

Basic salary negotiable dependent on skills and experience but in the region of 22 - 26K for the sales designer role.
