Our Client is a national building services company with a comprehensive expertise in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and Facilities Management
They have an opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work on a mobile basis within M25.
You will be responsible for all PPM and reactive maintenance, faultfinding and minor installation on commercial heating systems. Ideal candidates will be multi skilled and be able to undertake some/all electrical, mechanical, HVAC maintenance.
The Candidate
Hold current ACS commercial & domestic qualifications CODNCO, COCN1, ICPN1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, ICAE1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1 etc
17th Edition desirable
HVAC knowledge desirable
Mechanical knowledge desirable
Worked in a similar role with a facilities maintenance provider
Full UK Drivers licence
