Established Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineers with UK & Overseas offices seek to strengthen their Birmingham team by the appointment of a senior level Acoustics Consultant. Degree qualified and with Corporate Membership of the IOA, the successful applicant will be involved in: all aspects of acoustic design (in particular architectural & building services acoustics and environmental noise); conducting on-site acoustic testing; conducting environmental noise surveys, providing assessment reports & advising on remedial mitigation as necessary; producing concise technical information within budget & time constraints; managing project queries & enquiries; assisting in compliance with QA procedures & systems; client & project team liaison; promotion of technical excellence within the office & the wider business. Our client has a good forward workload and can offer scope for further technical development and career progression.
