Large National Practice of Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineers operating in the Building Services, Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering fields seeks to appoint a senior level Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer as a result of recent internal promotion. Preferably qualified to minimum HND level in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate first class technical knowledge backed up by excellent commercial awareness and the ability to interact effectively with clients, architects & contractors. Working closely with the senior team, responsibilities will include: lead HVAC Mechanical Services design; resource allocation; design project management; development of junior engineers; client facing; assisting in general business development in support of the directors; involvement in the preparation of fee proposals, invoices etc. Broad range of projects available with scope for further advancement within the busy Birmingham office.
