Corporate Solicitor to £50,000

An accomplished Corporate Solicitor is sought to take up an Associate post within a top international firm of Solicitors. Working out of their Sheffield office, you will be joining not only a very highly regarded law firm but also you will be part of a respected and very successful Corporate team.

Day to day, you will have a hands on approach with a caseload of M&A work and other corporate transactions. Working alongside colleagues providing banking and financial advice to an impressive range of corporate clients.

You will be working for an ambitious firm whose strategy is to grow the Corporate offering both locally and on a national basis. In addition to a competitive package which includes pension, healthcare and various subsidised products you will be rewarded by excellent working conditions and genuine career development opportunities.

It is a given that the successful candidate will be a Corporate Solicitor, technically strong in M&A transactions. In addition, they will have had significant exposure to other Corporate transactions including restructurings and joint ventures. This is a senior appointment within the team and it is anticipated that the role will be taken by someone who is 3 - 6 years PQE (although Solicitors with higher or lower PQE are invited to apply).

The rewards are fantastic with a salary upwards of £40,000 + Benefits.
