Working with an Account Manager, the Account Consultant is responsible for the development and support of specifically designated accounts, ensuring adherence to customer service levels. This will include, but not be limited to:

Fulfilment of Client Vacancies
Candidate selection
Interview arrangements
Managing rate negotiations and offers
Candidate Management
Manage and Develop Client Relationships
Collate and Produce Client Related Management Information

In the event that the Account Manager / Senior Manager becomes unavailable, the Account Consultant may be required to deputise and will become responsible for additional activities. Additional duties may be required from time to time outside of those listed above.
