Fantastic opportunity for a Technology & Media Solicitor, min 5 yrs PQE, to join a top rated Kent law firm. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a large workload together with managing and developing new and existing client relationships.
It is important for applicants to have experience in all aspects of Technology and Media work including;
- Brand protection
- Data Protection Act/Freedom of Information Act issues
- Outsourcing
- Systems procurement
- Protection and exploitation of intellectual property
- Software development, licensing, support and distribution agreements
- Defamation/libel
- E-Commerce
- Website development
- Commercialisation of IP from University 'spin outs'
