Our client is a leading international law firm.

THE ROLE

This role offers an experienced energy lawyer high profile, challenging and rewarding work, through close involvement with the firm's existing clientele, which includes top-ranking energy industry players.

At the same time, the candidate will have the opportunity and support to develop his or her own aspect of the firm's energy industry practice from the firm's existing clients and contacts and his or her own contacts, so as to build a business case for partnership

The role calls for an experienced energy lawyer with responsibility for legal advice, negotiations and drafting in relation to energy matters, with potential for partnership track.

ABOUT YOU

To secure this role you will be a solicitor or barrister or overseas qualified lawyer with seven years' experience advising clients in the energy industry. Experience in-house with an oil company or oilfield services company or similar would be an advantage

Languages, especially Arabic, would be an advantage.
