Clinical Team Leader jobs in Guildford (to include travel to other sites as required). Alexander James Healthcares Nursing Division is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Team Leader that will lead, direct and motivate the clinical team as well as supporting the Hospital Manager in the day to day running and management of the hospital. In addition, the job holder will be responsible for the delivery of patient centred healthcare, using clinical decision making that is line with relevant regulatory body guidance and CQC outcome requirements, where appropriate ensuring there is an emphasis on excellence.
To be considered for the Clinical Team Leader job in Guildford you must meet the following criteria:
First level Nurse - Registration RGN - NMC
Teaching Qualification e.g 998 or mentorship
Minimum Band 7 Nursing level
Laser Safety Certificate

Experience for the Clinical Team Leader jobs in Guildford will be:
Significant management experience in a hospital or ward
Significant experience of effectively leading and managing a large team, including experience of employee relations issues
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and National Minimum Standards. Experience of making CQC submissions for new hospitals and/or CQC inspections preferred
Knowledge of policies and procedures in line with National Care Standards
Recruitment, induction, development and management of staff
Working within private healthcare
Assessing, planning and evaluation of patient centred care using evidence based practice

The package for the Clinical Team Leader jobs in Guildford is:
Salary 45,000 (dependant on experience)
Full time 40 hours
Monday to Friday
