My client a retail and distribution organisation based in North Buckinghamshire is looking to recruit a SAP support specialist to provide additional support to the team.
You will need excellent and detailed working knowledge of SAP coupled with strong communication and customer service skills. You must also be proficient with MS systems. You will be co-ordinating between various departments and manage and maintain the setup of customer EDI connections. Creating reports and create new variants for the company. Monitor the Gentran Server in Europe and reprocess any failures . Upload and maintain all CSV files. Assist Finance, customer services and other departments with any SAP issues. Create and maintain users in SAP and support the local IT team. Manage the distribution of management reports and maintain customer data.
