This London based Spa is the number 1 Spa brand in the UK with over 30 years' heritage from the time of foundation of the Covent Garden Spa. It's also the biggest women only day Spa in Europe. The brand has won many awards, not just for their famous products but also the exceptional level of customer service, communications and how we look after their team.
They are now looking to recruit a Reservations Supervisor who will be responsibile to drive the daily operation of the Reservations Team, ensuring performance to it's full potential and providing first class customer service and KPI focus.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound Reservations telephone calls in a polite, professional and efficient manner, meeting the needs of the client at all times.
- To maintain a comprehensive up-to-date understanding of the spa facilities, prices, packages, promotions and treatments
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed and up straight within the department
- To assist with the training and ongoing development of new and existing team members
- Preparing and delivering Advisor's annual appraisals with the Team Manager
- To drive the day to day operation of the department, ensuring it is performing to its' maximum potential
- Accurately updating, producing and analysing various reports and sales updates on Department performance against our goals
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all systems used within the department
- Adhere to all relevant operational department policies and procedures and Reservations Advisors to them also to ensure they follow them
Skill requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Goodcommand of the English language
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Proven sales ability, results focussed and good initiative.
The successful candidate will receive 9.99per hour.
