Who we are looking for
* Registered Manager - full time - Salary 24,018 per annum. It is essential that you will have excellent knowledge and experience of Autism, Learning Disability and severe Challenging Behaviour. Additionally you will have experience and skills to develop and motivate a team and to work with the wider Multi Disciplinary Teams, to ensure regulatory legislation and standards are upheld.
All positions are subject to unsocial hours payment, for hours worked between 6.00pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday and all weekend. All positions cover early / late / night shifts and weekends.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team members for a bespoke service in the Hockley area of Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to form a team that provides 24-hour support to a young man with autism in his own home. He is looking for fit and active staff who are willing to take part in a range of activities such as walking, swimming, bowling, cycling and much more to support him to live life to the full. The ideal candidates will be flexible, calm, fun loving and willing to learn all about how the person that we support wants to be supported.
