A reputable firm in Manchester is looking for a 5 PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team.
Our client is looking for a experienced Private Client Solicitor with an essential bias towards Court of Protection matters. The ideal candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running' with a caseload consisting of 60% Court of Protection issues and 40% general Private Client matters. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of running a department consisting of a minimum of 6 members of staff as this position is expected to progress to Head of Department. Previous business development experience would be highly advantageous.
