Corporate and Banking Lawyer - 3 - 5 PQE

We are presently instructed by a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Associate Corporate & Banking Lawyer for their Riyadh office. The firm has offices throughout the GCC region and have a particular strength within the Saudi Arabia market.

The Saudi Arabian offices provide advice to Government organisations on projects throughout The Kingdom and brand name international multi conglomerates. With a team of 9 lawyers on the ground spear headed by 2 well known partners - the successful candidate will be working on high profile corporate transactions valued into the $multi-billion values.

The role requires a lawyer with experience of common law and will be supporting the 2 partners on their large transactions. You will possess a minimum of 3 years transactional experience and ideally have a familiarity with the GCC and awareness of the cultural elements to the role.

A strong desire to be based in the GCC is a must. Arabic and English language skills would be an required for this role as Corporate and Banking Lawyers will be required to work with both local and International clients.
