An award winning Property Management business based in Salford is looking for a part-qualified Management Accountant CIMA/ACCA to join its established Finance team to due winning a number of new contracts and internal promotion. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working alongside two Management Accountants and team of Clerks, your role is to challenge the profit centres finances, providing advice and support to the individual business units, ensuring accuracy of financial information and that adequate internal controls are in place to minimise any risk to the group. Alongside the day-to-day management accounting and reporting duties you will enjoy a highly visible role in the business partnering and assisting the relevant Profit Centre Managers in fulfilling their obligations around the clients managed budgets, in accordance with specific requirements and issued timetable. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work under their own initiative alongside working as part of a small busy Finance team. The role requires an organised, reliable, dedicated individual to ensure that strict deadlines are adhered to. An understanding of costing and pricing in a fast moving commercial environment. Intermediate Excel skills are required and exposure to SAP is desirable.
