Purpose of role:
This exciting role is to support our material supply and carbon purchase business within the Utilities division of CES. Office based this is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to be involved in a long established and growing business. The Office Administrator will report to the office manager at 1st Insulation Partners in Rotherham and will help on the material ordering, customer care and financial functions of the business. An understanding of the insulation and CERT market is desirable but not essential.

Key objectives of the role:
Main Duties
* Purchase order processing for Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation (Oracle)
* Dealing with customer order confirmation
* Liaison with suppliers/customers regarding orders to ensure time-scale deliveries
* Support/Assistance with order processing/progress checking ancillary stock items (when required - holidays etc.)
* Provide sales information (via spreadsheets) on number of orders/ordering patterns etc (weekly)
* To monitoring material complaints and to provide complaint statistics
* Maintain and report on BBA installer's database
* Report on customer quality inspections and to send copies out
* Maintain and report on BBA/CIGA complaints database
* Manage the incoming and sending out of BBA/CIGA registrations
* Order of office stationary in line with Carillion Purchasing
* General office tasks - scanning, printing, filing etc. (as required)
* Reception duties (1st person to answer all calls whenever possible)
* Any other ad-hoc duties relative to the position

Essential Criteria
1. Have a proven Customer Service track record
2. Demonstrate a fantastic telephone manner
3. Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and high levels of motivation & discipline
4. Be professional, confident and assertive with customers
5. Have a good level of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Outlook and Word
6. Have a high level with regards attention to detail
7. Personable and flexible with the ability to pick things up quickly

Desirable
1. Insulation industry and energy efficiency knowledge would be highly desirable
2. Knowledge of CERT and the renewable markets
